In Dubai, a new structure is set to take the title of the tallest residential building in the world from the current trophy winner, the Central Park Tower on Manhattan’s 57th Street.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co. Set to rise over 100 floors, Residences is being built specifically to clear more clouds than ever before.

The giant’s goal is to “set a record as one of the tallest residential buildings in the world,” watch company Jacob & Co. said in a statement. and Emirati property developer Binghatti, who are collaborating on the colossus. reports the Daily Mail.
“What Binghatti has done in real estate by building a brand with a distinct design philosophy and architectural identity is very similar to what Jacob & Co has done in the world of jewelry and watchmaking,” added Binghatti CEO Muhammad Binghatti. “Both of our brands are born out of a pure desire to achieve something that breaks boundaries.”
The statement further elaborated that “the proposed project includes over 100 floors of luxurious two and three bedroom residences. This hypertower also hosts a dedicated concierge team offering à la carte services such as daycare, bodyguard, chauffeur and personal chef.”
The tower will also have an “exclusive private club” complete with an infinity pool and large living room. An opening date for the building has yet to be announced.
The building will be located in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai’s financial district, and will be topped by five penthouses that promise to be “the most luxurious and exclusive” in the country.
The steep summit of the Residences will have a crown of diamond-shaped spiers that gleam above every other residential tower on Earth until the next tallest structure emerges.
