The 52-year-old, who worked on the 1999 film with his brother Paul Weitz, will list his light and airy Los Angeles home for $5.49 million on Monday, The Post has learned. Juliette Honen of Douglas Elliman will have the listing.

Designed by architect Mark Mack, Abbot Kinney Boulevard has five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread across 4,208 square feet. The first floor has a two-story atrium and two bedrooms. The second floor has an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a mezzanine and courtyard-sized enclosed balcony. On the third floor are the remaining three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with double storage and a private balcony overlooking the boulevard.

Since this is Los Angeles where driving and parking are a real must, shoppers no longer have to worry about finding a spot on the street again. The property has direct access to a five-car garage, as well as two extra spaces outside the garage – “an unheard of amount of parking space,” the listing boasts.

Built in 2002, the home sits on a 2,699-square-foot lot and could easily be converted into an artist’s residence, gallery, studio, or private residence, as the listing suggests.

The Los Angeles venue is not Weitz’s first company, which is also known for its work on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the new live-action film Pinocchio, which hit the market this year.

In September, the About a Boy co-director and his wife, actress Mercedes Martinez, listed their Manhattan co-op for $6.1 million, The Post reported at the time. Now they are asking for 5.99 million dollars. In 2018, the couple purchased this Wooster Street property for $5.8 million.
