The two, Li Jiaqi and Via, said in a social media post on Wednesday that the suspension of the relationship came after some followers complained that the L’Oreal facial products they promoted during Singles Day were the biggest discount of the year. which can be bought. In a statement, L’Oréal apologized to customers for the “very complicated promotional mechanism”, and noted the “suggestions” made by Lee and Via. It did not comment further on its relationship with the two personalities.

L’Oreal said some consumers were able to buy its products on its platform at lower prices because they used the many discounts offered by the store and the e-commerce platform.
