Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed an executive order Thursday declaring the state “high risk for exposure or transmission” of COVID-19 and requiring COVID-19 booster shots for everyone over the age of 18. The eligibility has been extended beyond federal health officials, which have yet to authorize the widespread rollout of booster shots.
