Costco Hot Finds, a social media fan page, has revealed to its followers that Costco Wholesale has a new “dangerously delicious pie”.
Grocery shoppers have shown particular interest in the approximately five-pound chocolate peanut butter pie sold by Costco Wholesale for $19.99.
Laura Lamb, the self-proclaimed “Costco obsessive mom” who runs the Costco Hot Finds fan page on social media, shared a TikTok video featuring the seemingly new bakery item on Monday, March 13th.
“Costco bakery just made their first ever Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie and I’m screaming,” Lamb said at the start of her video. “Peanut butter pie is my favorite.”

Costco’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake, numbered 1728395 on store signs, weighs between 4.5 and 4.75 pounds.
“He’s huge. It has a buttery graham cracker crust,” Lamb said in her video. “In the center is the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate mousse. It’s dangerously delicious.”
The video was viewed over 3.8 million times on TikTok, and Lamb’s post garnered over 149,200 likes and 1,990 comments.
Lamb, creator and owner of Costco Hot Finds, told FOX Business that she found a chocolate peanut butter cake at a Costco wholesale store in Dallas, Texas.
She bought a pie from a local Costco store and brought it home to her husband and 11-year-old son.
“My son hasn’t stopped talking about pie since I gave him a slice on Sunday. He calls it peanut butter pie,” Lamb wrote in an email. “I shared the 4.5-pound pie with my friends, who also continue to admire it to this day.”

Costco Wholesale declined to respond to FOX Business’s request for comment.
The TikTok video of the lamb’s peanut butter chocolate cream pie has been shared on social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and Costco members seem to be in awe of the baked goods.
“Who will go to Costco soon,” a Facebook user wrote on Wednesday, March 15. “Chocolate pie with peanut butter, sounds delicious!”
“I need a Costco Peanut Butter Pie,” a Twitter user wrote on Tuesday, March 14.

“NEW from Costco Bakery! Chocolate pie with peanut butter. Seriously, it tastes so good,” wrote Costco connoisseur, Costco fan page on Instagram, on Sunday, March 12.
Many buyers expressed disappointment at not being able to track the chocolate peanut butter pie at their local Costco Wholesale Club.
Others took to social media to ask their local Costco wholesale clubs if they would be carrying a pie anytime soon.
A number of recent social media posts have noted that some Costco outlets are completely sold out of peanut butter chocolate cakes on Pi Day, an annual celebration of the mathematical constant Pi that is observed each year on March 14, as it has an approximate value of 3.14.
This year, Pi Day fell on a Tuesday.
