Danske Bank AS said on Thursday it has appointed Philipp Vollot as chief administrative officer, with overall responsibility for the group’s compliance as well as first-line financial-crime prevention and financial-crime risk divisions, immediately. is effective.

In addition to Mr. Volott’s appointment, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Financial Crimes Compliance Chief Satnam Lehal has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer.

Mr. Lehl will continue to report directly to Philippe Wollott and will have an independent reporting line to the Board of Directors.
