A huge 9,000-square-foot home is planned for empty lot 4766, with great views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

“It’s first-class dirt,” a source told Gimme Shelter, adding that the site, bought for about $7.5 million just 18 months ago, comes with Kobe Karp’s approved plans. (Witkoff is also renovating his Auberge Shore Club.)

Plans for the North Bay Road property call for a modern glass-walled home with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and views of 100 linear feet of water offering “the most prized sunset views,” said listing broker Dina Goldentyer of Douglas Elliman.

With 100 linear feet of shoreline, this section is considered “first class mud”.

Plans also include a large room, several entertainment spaces, waterfront lounges, a chef’s kitchen and an office with a separate entrance.

What’s more, backyard plans include a pool and spa with indoor and outdoor gym, as well as a rooftop golf course with lounge area.

The area is also associated with some big names. Current neighbors include Shakira, Miami restaurateur and nightclub owner David Grutman, and Barry Sternlicht of Starwood Capital Group. Past residents of North Bay Road include Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Calvin Klein, Matt Damon and Phil Collins.
