@ end 2022

Morgan Stanley 4,400

Wells Fargo 5,100-5,300

Goldman Sachs 5,100

* Morgan Stanley: “While earnings for the overall index remain sustainable, there will be a greater spread of winners and losers and growth will slow materially … 2022 is more about stocks than sectors or styles in our view Will happen.”

* Wells Fargo: “Persistent supply constraints and inflationary pressures prompted us to adjust the magnitude of some of the 2022 targets, but we believe the global economy will still continue to accelerate above average next year.” More importantly, our strategic priorities for the next 6 to 18 months remain virtually unchanged.”

Goldman Sachs: “Declining economic growth, a tighter Fed, and rising real yields suggest that investors should expect below-average returns next year.”

“Contrary to our expectation during the previous year, corporate tax rates are likely to remain unchanged in 2022 and increase in 2023. Corporate earnings will increase and share prices will rise. The equity bull market will continue.”
