Ingenta PLC said Friday that publishing of its final results for 2021 will be delayed to the end of June, and that its performance in the first quarter of 2022 was in line with the board’s expectations.

The London-listed media and publishing industry software and services provider said its auditors will require more time to complete them due to internal resourcing constraints.

The company reiterated that it expects to report a fall in revenue to 10.1 million pounds ($12.6 million) in 2021, compared with GBP10.2 million in 2020. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization–a metric that strips out exceptionally and other one-off items–are expected to be around GBP1.5 million, compared with GBP1.2 million in the prior year.

The board said it intends to pay a final dividend of two pence a share, making a cumulative total of three pence a share for the year.

Shares at 0752 GMT were down 2.50 pence, or 2.8%, at 86 pence.
