Described as “a rare opportunity to own a piece of history,” the townhouse is part of the longest line of Federal and Early Greek Revival buildings designed by John Jacob Astor, the listing notes.

Built in 1829, the house covers 4,800 square feet and has 13 rooms.

Details include a terrace on the second floor, a private courtyard and views of the surrounding area.

“There are an endless number of additional possibilities: a large single-family home with a separate rental unit downstairs, or a completely private residence,” the listing adds.

Carl Gambino and Justin Montero of Compass are holding list.

Meanwhile, The Post reported this week that Louis CK has purchased an eighth-floor apartment in the iconic Art Deco building in downtown One Fifth Ave.

Comprising four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this co-op is a two-unit corner combination that has been available for the first time in nearly 40 years.

In addition, the comedian, who admitted to sexual harassment in 2017, is also unloading a third downtown home. It originally hit the market for $2.5 million earlier this year and has since been slashed by $600,000 due to it failing to find a buyer.

If he sells this house at a bargain price, he will lose a decent amount of money. According to the publication, Louis CK originally purchased this two-bedroom, two-bath Greenwich Village home for $2.45 million in 2014. Dirt.com.

He also owns a Tudor-style cottage on 2 acres of land on the bay in the east of Shelter Island.

Despite controversy surrounding the 55-year-old performer, he won a Grammy for Best Comedy Album in April.
