A working Apple-1 computer — the First of all Apple product and the last remaining of its kind – designed by Steve Wozniak and created 45 years ago by Steve Jobs and others Be expected To fetch hundreds of thousands of dollars at auction Tuesday in California.
Described as a “holy grail” to collectors, it is one of just 200 built by Wozniak, Jobs, their sister Patty, and colleague Daniel Kottke at the Jobs Home decades ago.
The so-called “Chaffee College” computer was bought from a California college professor by a student in 1977 for $650, which it has held on ever since. Los Angeles Times.
