The US House of Representatives on Wednesday voted to censure Representative Paul Goser (R-Ariz) and pull his committee seats, the harshest punishment for expulsion from the House, after he shared an animated video showing him being pulled over by his colleague. The representative was shown murdering Alexandria. Ocasio-Cortez (DN.Y.) on Twitter last week.

The Democrat-controlled House voted 223-207-1 to condemn Goser, only Representative Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) And Representative Adam Kizinger (R-Ill.) His party voted against and Representative David Joyce (R-Ohio) voted.

As a result of the vote, Gosar will lose his seats on the House Oversight and Reform and Natural Resources committees.

Just before the vote, Goser said that Democrats’ claims that he was dangerous or threatening was a “misconduct”, and that while he did not apologize, he said he voluntarily removed the video “out of compassion”. Those who were angry.
