Singapore officials said over the weekend that the city state would expand vaccination travel lanes to Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US from October 19, and South Korea from November 15.

The new measures will allow fully COVID-19 vaccinated travelers from these countries to enter Singapore without quarantine. Passengers will have to undergo PCR tests before departure and after arrival.

The arrangement “represents another baby step in the reopening of international borders, which should improve tourist arrivals, albeit partially, and support tourist spending in city malls,” Citi said in a research note.
